After first discovering the tradition on the Angel's Bridge in Rome, one Angeleno created an event to spread the love in LA. According to Miguel Olivares, "It is a simple act of placing a lock representing a current, past, and future relationship. It can be your girlfriend, boyfriend, best friend, family member anyone you love."
