What heaviness we souls carry - perhaps it's time to put these old boulders down and let go? To forgive does not mean the action is condoned, it is about opening your heart, having compassion, being vulnerable and accepting. Forgiveness is challenging, deep, raw and ultimately the greatest act of self-love.
Through a series of writing exercises and sharing we will get to that delicate place in a safe, sacred space. Bring a journal, pen, and an open heart. Bursts of energy, joy and happiness are some common side effects.
