From overcoming numerous obstacles in my life, I saw that sometimes some of the best things come from the worst experiences. The experiences I have overcome and encountered have created the strong person that I am today. Here challenges have taught me responsibility, leadership, an optimistic view, communication and open-mindedness. It is here I leave you all with the following of what I learned about my self while jumping over the hurdles such as (Leukemia and having to have two hip replacements) which created the strong woman inspired to help others change their lifestyles.
Live with a smile
Never give up and always try your best
Be kind and accepting of people
Don't complain about things that aren't fair
Be happy with the small things in life such as the use of a public restroom (trust me I have been to the Slums in India) or going to lunch with a friend
Determination and persistence equal success... Never give up
Be positive and laugh out loud
It's okay to fly into the sky as long as you have lived with a purpose
Always be truthful and tell it like it is
Always enjoy moments big or small
Be "just the way you are"
Travel to gain unforgettable experiences
Take too many photos
Tell someone you love them or have a crush on them
Make a difference in people's lives...
Helping people as a Registered Dietitian by changing their lifestyles is my love and passion for I was meant to stay on earth for a reason. There truly is a reason for everything!
~Live, Laugh, Love~I hope this inspired you to live life to its fullest.
All the best to each and everyone of you.
